16 Prosperity Sims go to College

My main goal is to get them through with 4.0 GPA and to play test my friendship strategy.

List of Sims who went to UNI
Goth - (1) Alexander
Pleasant (2) Lilith and Angela
Dreamer (1) Dirk
Broke (3) Beau and Dustin
Oldie (5) Jerry, Valarie, Edward, Kennedy, Ash
Burbs (5) Jaide, Hunter, Claire, Nikki, Lucy

Teen Townie (1)- Marie Despret - Alexander's Highschool Sweetheart
Uni Townie (1)- Samuel Day - A family sim that looks like Cleve the ugly Maid.

I started out with the Prosperity Sims in two different Dorms. My first objective was to build needed skills and work on 4.0 GPA. My second objective was to build friendships with the focus on other prosperity sims. After a few semester, all the sims in the same dorm were best friends with each other. I moved the sims to houses. Then started inviting every prosperity sim over to mingle and build relationships while not in play. This worked wonderful as a strategy. Each sim had an average need of 4-6 more sim friends in order to get their BSoC point.

The BigSimOnCampus (BSoC) is a little more involved than just making "any" friends. Family don't count towards that total as I expected. Other contacts didn't count, but I'm not sure why. My theory is the sim was friends with another family member or with another sim in the house. What I saw was this.... I made friends with a uni-townie sim and it didn't subtract from the amount I need to go to the next BSoC level. I noticed this happen on several occasions, so it isn't fully clear to me what sims may not count.

I didn't plan to try for the GREEK house or the Secrete Society. Since friendships are strong with prosperity sims, I went ahead and established a Greek House. I don't have any third party fixes for greek house (level 6) glitch, I wasn't able to get other sims to pledge into the greek house. I didn't care enough to really work on it, so just skipped it. I didn't plan to try for the Secrete Society either, I find the Limo Abductions annoying. Well.... it happened anyway. One sim got accepted and the rest started falling like dominos. If I wanted to stop it, there was nothing to do but to let it play itself out.

I took me 1.5- 2 Weeks to finish up this round of UNI. My longest time spent during one round. I'm ready to get back to the neighborhood.

Uni Points after First group of UNI students....
18 pt - BigsimOnCampus
16 pt - 4.0 GPA and 2 3.8 GPA's Maria was working on skills and missed a Final. Lilith Pleasant missed a final due to having to many sims on one lot at one time. I guess, because I didn't even notice she missed her final. (shrugs)
zero networth - No Net Worth left at UNI.

End time bonus.
18 out of 18 were members of Secrete Society.
5 out of 18 were members of greek house.

The only reason the points were that high was because I did it so slow. That was 1-2 weeks of play. I usually spend only one or two days on a single uni round.

I doubt I'll be able to out due that with my next Uni Round.

Grmmpphhh... you're not doing bad at all, pointswise!

About Uni; to become BSoC the Sim has to actually be on Campus when the 12th friendship is established. Even if they befriend a YA Downtown the memory of becoming BSoC still won't show up with my friends.

I did find that the Sim's family also counts towards the BSoC total, as long as they don't live under the same roof.

I have another Uni round coming up shortly and will test this theory again, LOL

Woo 16 sims at once! The largest number I have ever done was 12, and I am doing it now. Grr....I go for all the points..I love the SS abductions. ;) I find it also exciting to try for all the UNI points, and work toward any LTW's. YAY!
